Robert Jan Lamers
Robert Jan studied Business Economics in Amsterdam and then started his career at KPN. In 1999 Robert Jan continued as an entrepreneur, starting a telecom consulting firm and a software business.
In 2005, Robert Jan was one of the co-founders of Maxwell Group. As a partner of Maxwell Group, Robert Jan is the driving force behind the strategic advice in the field of innovation. Since 2007 Robert Jan was resposibel for several projects and tasks, e.g. the foundation of the Life Sciences Fund Amsterdam in 2008, as the managing director of the Technology Transfer Office of the University of Amsterdam and the Academic Medical Center (AMC), 2007 until 2012. In addition Robert Jan was founder and dirtor of the Life Sciences Center Amsterdam.
Currently Robert Jan works within JC Participates, on Maxwell Group projects, he is the director of the AMC Holding Company and member of the Supervisory Board of three Life Sciences companies.
